1987 - Managing partner Neil Stockdale arrived in Lymm and founded Ridgeway.

1988 - 1991 He invested in rental property for his long term pension fund. Set of to travel through Asia to Australia, New Zealand, Pacific and Central America.

1991 - 1993 Neil returned from travelling and invested in further properties to enlarge his portfolio and consolidate his pension fund.

1993 - 1994 Neil began to manage properties for other people.

1995 - 1998 Neil met Ann (his wife) with whom he built the business to manage over 40 properties.

1999 - Paul Chapman was employed as our first manager as we wanted to offer a continued level of customer service. Business grew to 80 properties.

2002 - We move from a home office to the Old Bake House in the village and employed our second member of staff.

2003 - Paula Evans joined in a full time capacity.

2004 - Paul Chapman was made a Partner. Mary Gomme joins to make it 4!

2005 - Jay Myers joins the team to make it 5. Properties managed reaches the 100 mark!

2006 - Neil & Ann purchase "Stephanies".

2007 - Paul & Neil open their new Estate Agent along with the Residential Lettings at "19 The Cross". Three new team members are recruited, Eileen, Margaret & Sadie.
